A certified Elder Law Attorney, fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and Best Lawyers in America honoree, Marsha Goodman focuses on life care planning to enhance the health and well-being of her elderly and disabled clients.

Marsha’s representation of military veterans who seek assistance with pension benefits, and with disability compensation for conditions that present themselves as they get older, is enhanced by her accreditation by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), which she received in 2010, and her 2018 admission to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims. Marsha frequently volunteers at legal clinics sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).

A native of Washingtonville, New York, Marsha graduated summa cum laude from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and earned her law degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville. She began her legal career in Grand Rapids, Michigan, before relocating to Phoenix.
