VA Aid & Attendance Advice & Application Assistance

• Advise individuals and consult with professionals, including attorneys and financial advisors, regarding achieving and maintaining eligibility for VA Aid and Attendance benefits, including analyzing whether ALTCS or VA is the more appropriate benefit, and, if applicable, the order in which they should be pursued.
• Coordinate the application, and follow it through to its award.
• When appropriate, appeal the denial of benefits to applicants for whom I have coordinated the application
• Consult with individuals and their families regarding the availability of other VA benefits, and provide appropriate advice and direction.
