  • Advise individuals and family members regarding the benefits and responsibilities of First Party Special Needs Trusts. Draft those trusts as appropriate and assist with their creation and funding.
  • Draft testamentary and other third party Supplemental Support Trusts to help parents and other family members preserve their children and dependents’ eligibility for means-tested public benefits
  • Advise both family and professional Trustees on the proper administration of Special Needs Trusts to preserve the beneficiary’s eligibility for public benefits
